The free agent-tuner CLI stores everything (failures, rules, evals) in a .agent-tuner/ folder inside your own repository. We never receive that data. LLM calls go directly from your machine to the model provider you configure with your own key.
If you enable Team/Org sync, the rules you choose to sync are transmitted to and stored on our servers solely to share them across your repositories. We process: your account email, billing identifiers (handled by Stripe/Razorpay — we do not store card numbers), and the rule text you sync.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time via the contact address in our Refund Policy. We retain synced data only while your subscription is active plus 30 days.
