You can cancel any paid plan at any time from your account portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Monthly plans are billed in advance. If you cancel within 7 days of a charge and have not used hosted sync materially in that period, email us for a full refund. Otherwise, fees for the current period are non-refundable, but you will not be charged again after cancelling.
For refunds, cancellations, or data requests, email support@tuner.aiskillhub.info (alias to be activated — see notes). We respond within 3 business days.
